Aqua with Ita
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening from 8pm to 8.45pm

Teen Gym
Monday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm and Saturday & Sunday 12 till 2pm

Group Swim Lessons
Tuesday and Thursday Kids 4 to 5.30pm Adults 7 to 8pm

Treatment Room 3
A H20 Massage Bed, stay fully clothed and dry.
€10 for 15 minutes.

Fitness Room
Teakwon-do Thursday & Saturday.

Fitness Room
Tae-Bo every Tuesday 7pm to 8pm €8
